Description
Our client seeks an associate-level attorney to join its market-leading Structured Finance practice in the New York or Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing issuers and sponsors of residential mortgage and consumer receivable financings, including RMBS, ABS, master repurchase facilities, and warehouse facilities. Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school, demonstrate high academic achievement, and show a strong interest in the subject area. Admission to (or the ability to waive into) the New York or D.C. Bar is required, along with prior experience in a peer law firm.
