Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate for its expanding Tax practice. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent client management skills, superior academic credentials, and previous experience in a large law firm. Candidates should have 3-6 years of transactional tax experience, including real estate funds/JVs, Private Equity and Strategic M&A, finance and restructuring work, and tax controversy work. Experience in fund formation, partnership tax, structuring of inbound foreign investment, and REIT and real estate finance would be advantageous.
