Description
Our client is seeking a mid-senior level associate to join their expanding tax practice group. The role involves advising clients on a wide range of corporate, partnership, and individual income tax matters in the context of transactions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in various tax matters, particularly in tax credit transactions. Experience and willingness to assist in sophisticated tax controversy is preferred. Candidates should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to proactively anticipate and resolve issues in a timely manner, and the aptitude to work in a team environment. Excellent legal research, verbal communication, and writing skills are required. A strong candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, solid organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and be able to prioritize tasks in a high-stress environment. An LLM is a plus.
