Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their dynamic Capital Markets practice. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and team members, contributing to the structuring and documentation of securitizations, structured financings, and bond offerings. Responsibilities include assisting in fund formation and investment in mortgage and debt-related asset classes, coordinating corporate and securities law transactions, and advising on the formation and securities offerings of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other real estate funds. The role also involves representing public and private companies in corporate, tax, securities, and real estate matters, advising on commercial mortgage loans, and restructuring distressed debt.
