TAX ASSOCIATE (3300)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid- to senior-level tax associate with 3-5 years of technical tax experience to join their International Tax and Business, Investment, & Transactional Tax practice groups in either Washington, DC or New York. The ideal candidate will possess an LL.M. in taxation and have substantial experience in cross-border tax planning and transactions for businesses and high net-worth individuals. Additional consideration will be given to those with expertise in passthrough entity taxation, income tax treaties, and drafting transaction documents. Familiarity with private equity and hedge fund structuring is advantageous. The role involves collaborating with team members on a variety of business and international tax matters, including planning and advisory work for diverse clients such as privately held businesses, high net-worth individuals, and foreign sovereign entities. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork ability are essential.
