Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Tax & Benefits practice group. This role is ideally based in Philadelphia or New York, but exceptional candidates from other markets may also be considered. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a transactional tax practice, with a strong foundation in international tax and partnership experience, including drafting. Strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an LL.M. in taxation (or currently in the process of earning one) are required. Prior experience in a law firm is preferred, but experience in a large accounting firm will also be considered. The role involves firm-wide interaction and client contact, and the firm supports the growth and development of its members through involvement in professional organizations and speaking and writing opportunities.
