Description
Our client is seeking an experienced associate with a minimum of five years in federal tax controversy to join their team in either Jackson Hole, Wyoming, or Denver, Colorado. The role involves representing a diverse clientele, including public corporations, privately owned companies, partnerships, high net-worth individuals, and estates in complex civil and criminal disputes with the IRS and other tax jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in federal and international taxation, including transfer pricing, and possess excellent oral advocacy, legal research, organizational, and writing skills. Preferred qualifications include an accounting background, LL.M, federal court clerkship, and experience in federal tax controversy and litigation.
