Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level Employee Benefits Associate to join their team in either Denver, Boise, or Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience predominantly focused on employee benefits law (tax and ERISA), including experience with retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation. The candidate should have an energetic and collaborative personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a complex team environment. A strong academic background and excellent legal research and writing skills are required. The candidate will be expected to invest in billable matters, pro bono/public service work, and contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
