Description
Our client is seeking a Technology Transactions Associate Attorney (Junior to Mid-Level) to join their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with a strong foundation in intellectual property law, including drafting and negotiating a variety of technology transactions such as software licenses, development agreements, and professional services agreements. Experience with manufacturing, collaboration, supply and distribution agreements, as well as e-commerce, media, and entertainment transactions, is essential. The role also involves assisting with M&A and equity financing transactions, including due diligence and drafting of transaction agreements. A technical background, such as a science degree or computer programming experience, is preferred, along with strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school. An interest in or experience with artificial intelligence is advantageous. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and leadership abilities.
