Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 3+ years of experience to join their esteemed Technology Transactions practice. This role involves handling complex and innovative technology transactions for prominent and startup technology, digital media, and consumer technology companies both in the United States and internationally. The ideal candidate will have substantial law firm experience, a deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law, and experience in complex commercial transactions for both early-stage and later-stage/public technology companies. Additionally, the candidate should be able to advise on the intellectual/commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required. Positions are available in New York, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and Santa Monica. Candidates must be barred in the state of the office they are applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
