Description
Our client, a premier law firm with elite teams in finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and special situations, litigation, employment and real estate, is seeking a junior associate for their technology transactions practice. The successful candidate will be based in either Palo Alto or San Diego and will support the team on a broad range of transactions, including M&A support. The role offers experience in drafting varied commercial and technology agreements, exposure to a wide range of industries, and close mentoring by senior level attorneys and partners. Outstanding academic credentials are required, and experience in technology transactions, life sciences, engineering, and/or IP/patent is preferred.
