Description
To join their Washington, DC office, our client, a leading law firm for complex litigation, is looking for an entrepreneurial associate with at least five years of expertise in commercial litigation. Additionally, the applicant must have prior federal court experience in civil litigation. Preferably, candidates should have experience with fraud and telecommunications. Experience with data protection and cybersecurity is a bonus. Drafting pleadings and motions, getting ready for and responding to discovery, and helping with depositions, mediations, and trials are a few examples of the duties.
