Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join their International Trade practice group based in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of direct experience in unfair trade proceedings, including antidumping, countervailing duty (AD/CVD), 301, and 232 cases, preferably gained at a nationally recognized law firm or within a government agency. Experience with the Department of Commerce and/or International Trade Commission is strongly preferred. Applicants must possess excellent academic and professional credentials, highly developed writing and analytical skills, and must be a member of the D.C. Bar or eligible to waive in.
