Description

Our client, a prestigious law firm with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is seeking a 3rd-4th year associate for its Intellectual Property Litigation Group based in Washington, DC. The role focuses on trademark and copyright litigation, and the ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in this field. This includes preparing federal court complaints and answers, conducting discovery and document review, preparing for and taking or defending depositions, and writing various motions. Experience in proceedings before the TTAB is also required, while trademark prosecution and domain name proceedings experience is a plus. Candidates should possess strong time management skills, excellent writing and analytical skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
