Our client, a full-service, international law firm recognized as one of the top teams in the country, is seeking an Associate with at least 4+ years of direct trademark experience. The role involves working on cutting-edge trademark issues for high-profile clients, managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios, and handling U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and investigations. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills, and be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Preferred office locations include San Francisco, New York, or Washington DC, but other locations such as Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, Walnut Creek, Seattle, or remote work from approved states are also considered.
