Our client, a prestigious trademark group recognized for excellence, is seeking an associate with a minimum of two years of trademark experience to join their team in Denver, Boulder, Salt Lake City, or Washington DC, with other locations considered individually. The ideal candidate will have expertise in trademark searching, strategy development, and both domestic and international trademark prosecution. Experience in trademark enforcement, online enforcement, TTAB, and UDRP proceedings is essential. Superior writing and communication skills are required, and foreign language skills are a plus.
