Description
Our client, a top-tier, full-service international law firm, is seeking an Associate to join their highly acclaimed Trademark & Copyright team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation, including proficiency in district court litigation tasks such as discovery, document review management, legal research, and motion drafting. Additional experience in pre-litigation investigations, settlement negotiations, UDRPs, and contested TTAB matters will be considered a plus. Applicants should have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a keen interest in advancing as a distinguished litigator.
