Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking a New York-qualified, junior to mid-level associate to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating maritime and transportation contracts, handling related disputes, and working on USCG, MARAD, and FMC regulatory matters and shipping finance transactions. The role involves direct contact with clients and attorneys across global offices. The ideal candidate should be a team player and a self-starter, with outstanding academic credentials, 1-3 years of law firm experience, excellent drafting, research, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
