The ideal candidate should be licensed to practice in Georgia and possess 1 to 7 years of insurance defense experience, specifically with heavy trucking/tractor trailer, cargo, and freight carriers. The role involves extensive involvement in defending the trucking industry, including freight carriers and truck insurers, with responsibilities covering litigation, trial experience, and a variety of issues such as negligent hiring, DOT compliance, and accident reconstruction.
