Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking an associate with at least five years of trial support experience to join its team in Miami, Tallahassee, Tampa, or West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have actual courtroom experience, such as arguing legal motions, participating in charge conferences, and preserving the record during trials. An interest or experience in appellate law is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with judicial clerking experience. Excellent academic credentials, proven writing skills, and admission to The Florida Bar are required. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
