Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking an associate with excellent academic credentials to join their rapidly growing and innovative Global Venture Technology practice. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is passionate about investing in success. Key responsibilities will include counseling venture capital firms and emerging companies in day-to-day affairs, handling transactional work such as venture financings, exits, and working capital arrangements, and representing the interests of venture firms and other sources of capital in transactions. The associate will also help build relationships with clients and the broader ecosystem.
