Our client, a prestigious law firm with offices in New York, Bay Area, Boston, Chicago, and Washington, D.C., is seeking highly qualified attorneys to join its expanding Antitrust/Competition group. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience with a focus on transactional-based work. A significant interest in or experience with merger reviews is necessary, and previous FTC/DOJ experience is a plus.
