Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a senior-level associate attorney to join their Banking & Finance group in New York. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited US law school, demonstrate high academic achievement, and have experience in leveraged finance, debt finance, and sponsor-side representation. A strong interest in these areas, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. Candidates should be admitted to the New York Bar or eligible to waive in, with prior experience at a peer law firm. Preferred class years are 2017-2019.
