Description
Our client, a prestigious full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Appellate Practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of appellate experience, a strong understanding of state and federal civil and appellate procedures, and excellent advocacy and writing skills. Admission to the New York Bar is required. The firm's national Appellate Practice handles significant matters in federal and state courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, and boasts numerous board-certified appellate specialists. The successful candidate will be adept at evaluating trial records, drafting effective briefs, analyzing legal issues, conducting research, and presenting oral arguments.
