REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE (4044)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 4-7 years of experience to join their Real Estate Group in either San Francisco or Los Angeles. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team of over 50 attorneys, focusing on commercial real estate transactions, including complex projects nationwide. Candidates should have experience in real estate finance, with lender-side experience being advantageous, and be familiar with structuring joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and management agreements. A background in leasing is beneficial but not mandatory. Applicants must have Am Law 100 experience, a strong academic record with a J.D. from a nationally recognized school, and be admitted to practice law in California. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in deals, possess exceptional project management skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
