Description
Our client, a prestigious full-service AmLaw 100 firm in Houston, TX, is seeking an attorney to join its Appellate Practice. The ideal candidate will possess 2-7 years of appellate experience, a strong understanding of state and federal civil and appellate procedures, and excellent advocacy and writing skills. Admission to the Texas Bar is required. The firm's national Appellate Practice handles cases in federal and state courts across the country, including the Supreme Court of the United States, and boasts numerous board-certified appellate specialists. The successful candidate will have experience evaluating trial records, writing briefs, analyzing legal issues, conducting research, and presenting oral arguments.
