Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated associate for their Banking and Finance practice based in a major city. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience, with a background in representing both secured and unsecured lenders as well as large public companies in complex syndicated loan transactions. Experience in workout scenarios is advantageous but not mandatory. This role offers the opportunity to assume significant responsibility within a dynamic Banking and Finance team that is part of a global law firm. Exceptional credentials and prior experience in a large firm are prerequisites for this position.
