Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with over 5 years of experience to join their Commercial Litigation practice in San Diego. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in researching complex legal issues, drafting legal memoranda and motions, and effectively participating in court and arbitration hearings. Experience in complex commercial litigation, including class action defense, contract disputes, business torts, trade secrets, and unfair competition, is essential.
