Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Commercial Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of bankruptcy, including motion practice, discovery, trial experience, claims work, preference work, and workouts. Additionally, expertise in receiverships, guaranty actions, trustee sales, and a strong interest or knowledge in federal and state litigation, including defensive and enforcement litigation work, is required.
