Our client, a leading M&A practice based in New York, is seeking a mid-level associate (class of 2020-2018) with robust M&A and corporate experience. Knowledge and experience in the asset management and/or private funds industry is a plus. The successful candidate will focus on a wide range of market-leading M&A and corporate transactions involving public and private asset management firms. A high level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience is required. This role offers the opportunity to participate in an enhanced mentor program, focusing on the unique needs experienced attorneys face during professional transitions. The firm also has an extensive pro bono program that allows attorneys to devote time to causes that spark their interests.
