Our client is seeking mid-level and senior associates (Class of 2020-2018) to engage in a wide array of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing. The role involves advising both U.S. and international clients on complex transactions across the real estate industry, leveraging a global network to handle deals involving the purchase, sale, co-investment, construction, financing, development, leasing, and management of diverse asset classes such as office, multifamily, industrial, logistics, hospitality, and more.
