Description

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is on the hunt for a junior/mid-level litigation associate to become part of their esteemed Digital Assets and Data Management Practice Group, based in either Philadelphia or Wilmington, DE. The successful candidate will work with a national team, providing counsel and representing a diverse range of clients in matters related to cybersecurity, digital privacy, Internet speech, cybercrime, white collar crime, intellectual property theft, and commercial and employment disputes. The role involves both civil and criminal case litigation, cybersecurity and digital privacy class actions, commercial disputes, regulatory enforcement actions, as well as cyber incident response and crisis management. Applicants should possess 2-6 years of civil, class action, criminal or regulatory litigation experience, and a keen interest in the intersection of law and technology. A J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school, outstanding communication skills, and admission in Pennsylvania or Delaware are essential.
