Our client is seeking a dedicated Commercial Finance Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join their commercial finance team. The role is primarily focused on representing lenders, including banks, funds, and other financial institutions, in complex transactions such as asset-based lending and commercial loans. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of finance structures, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to collaborate within a team. Responsibilities include managing intricate transactions, addressing challenges, and delivering customized solutions in a dynamic environment. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional academic performance, analytical and writing skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. Preference is given to candidates for the Chicago office, with consideration for those in St. Louis. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the respective state.
