Our client, a prestigious AmLaw100 law firm, is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate group in Atlanta. The role involves serving as counsel to national financial institutions, assisting with the design and launch of new loan programs, and handling real estate finance and capital markets. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in bankruptcy and restructuring practice, with a focus on real estate workout and transactional restructuring. Proficiency in bankruptcy and litigation is essential, along with strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Admission to the Georgia State Bar is required.
