Description
Our client is seeking a Business Tax Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience for their New York office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general Corporate Taxation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Partnership work, with international experience being advantageous. An LL.M. in Tax is preferred. The candidate must be self-motivated, personable, and a team player with excellent academic and professional credentials, and must be admitted to practice in New York.
