Our client is seeking a PhD-level scientist with an interest in patent law to join their Intellectual Property & Technology group in Dallas, focusing on biotechnology and life science technologies. The successful candidate will be part of an expert team, working collaboratively to draft and prosecute domestic and foreign patent applications, conduct technical research, and provide technical support. This role offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team that integrates various practice areas such as litigation, licensing, and corporate law to provide comprehensive strategic advice.
