Our client, a reputable law firm based in New York, is seeking a Business Tax Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have broad-based business tax experience, including Corporate Taxation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Partnership work. International experience is a plus. An LL.M. in Tax is preferred. The candidate should be self-motivated, a personable team player, and possess outstanding academic and professional credentials.
