Our client, a prestigious law firm based in New York, is seeking a mid-level Capital Markets associate with 2-4 years of U.S. Capital Markets experience. The ideal candidate will have experience representing both underwriters and issuers in public and private offerings of debt or equity securities. A broad-based skill set, including exposure to corporate governance and public company representations, is a plus. Strong academic qualifications, excellent written communication and analytical skills, and New York bar admission are all requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated associate to work on high-end, sophisticated Capital Markets matters within a supportive group.
