Description
Our client is seeking an attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their Capital Markets team as a full-time, partnership-track associate. The ideal candidate will have a background in sophisticated corporate transactions and public company representation, focusing on capital markets, particularly ’33 Act issuer side transactions and ’34 Act reporting, exchange listings, and corporate governance. Experience with cross-border transactions or foreign private issuer representation is preferred. Candidates should possess a strong academic record and exceptional analytical and writing skills. This role is available in New York, Dallas, or Houston, with a preference for candidates licensed in the respective jurisdiction or willing to obtain licensure within one year.
