Description
Our client is seeking a Midlevel Commercial Disputes Associate to join their team in Orange County. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in litigation, with a strong ability to manage cases independently from inception to resolution. This role involves managing a caseload of complex litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and developing case strategies. The candidate will also conduct depositions, witness interviews, and handle all aspects of discovery. Additionally, responsibilities include preparing and arguing motions and briefs before state and federal courts, effectively communicating with clients, and staying updated on legal developments. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar in good standing are required.
