Description
Our client is seeking a junior or mid-level associate to join their sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Ideal candidates will have 2-6 years of litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and a keen interest in high-level insurance coverage litigation, dispute analysis, and coverage assessments. Responsibilities include drafting complex case evaluations, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents, managing all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and appeal, conducting legal research, and working closely with clients, witnesses, experts, and other counsel.
