Description
Our client is seeking associates from the class years 2022-2017 with experience in mortgage loan warehouse facilities to join their Global Finance group. The team is renowned for representing both lenders and borrowers in mortgage loan warehouse transactions, utilizing repurchase facility and loan-on-loan structures, and is recognized as a leader in the commercial real estate market. Ideal candidates will have experience with repurchase facilities and warehouse lending, including the preparation and negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents for financing facilities. Candidates should have been key members of deal teams, managing transactions from term sheet through closing. Preference is given to those with commercial or residential mortgage loan warehouse experience, though general ABS warehouse experience will also be considered.
