Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience for their Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all phases of cases, including drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for trial. Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting, research, and writing skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects independently and collaboratively are essential. Admission to the Texas Bar is required. This role offers a collegial practice environment with hybrid work options.
