Description
Our client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate (class of 2021 to 2018) to join their Global Finance group. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial real estate loans and mezzanine loans, and have served as a key member of deal teams, managing key aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing. Large law firm experience is strongly preferred. This role involves working within a top-ranked practice recognized for its expertise in loan origination, acquisition, disposition, securitization, rating agency representation, servicing, workouts/restructuring, and bankruptcy matters.
