Description
Our client, a prominent full-service defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Construction/General Liability Associate Attorney for their New York office. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in New York, and possess over 3 years of defense litigation experience, particularly in construction (NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241), insurance defense, premises liability, and general liability. Experience with OSHA hearings is a plus. The role requires superior analytical skills, strong written and oral communication abilities, and the capability to manage a caseload independently. Responsibilities include managing cases involving insurance defense, general liability, auto/transportation liability, or construction, collaborating with team members and partners, handling court appearances and depositions, and communicating with clients.
