Description
Our client is seeking a professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in the Emerging Companies/Venture Capital and Mergers and Acquisitions domains. The ideal candidate should have experience working with early-stage and other emerging companies, including activities related to their general corporate work and Seed and other Venture Capital equity financings. Expertise in M&A and general corporate work, contract negotiations, and a basic understanding of federal and state securities and related laws are crucial. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive client-service attitude are essential. The candidate should be detail-orientated, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to exercise good judgement. Flexibility, the ability to adapt, and the capacity to work effectively both within a team environment and independently are also required. Membership in good standing of the California bar and strong academic credentials are mandatory.
