Description
Our client is seeking an experienced associate with 4 - 6 years of experience to join their Business Group based in New York. The successful candidate will support a variety of corporate work including public and private M&A, private equity, joint ventures, growth equity financings, and general corporate and commercial matters. Key qualifications include experience in M&A deals, general corporate transactions, capital markets transactions, strong drafting and negotiating skills, and excellent verbal communication. The candidate should be able to manage deals from start to end with minimal supervision, manage client relationships, and work well in a team setting. A strong academic record and experience in a top-tier law firm are required. The candidate must be admitted to practice law in New York State.
