Our client, a prestigious law firm ranked among the top on the Am Law Global 100, is seeking a mid-level M&A Associate to join the Corporate Practice in their Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in general corporate practice, with a focus on private equity, capital markets, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Applicants should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication and drafting skills, and be capable of handling significant responsibilities including drafting primary deal documents, leading complex diligence, and managing deal processes. This role involves substantial client interaction and the management of junior associates and internal specialist teams.
