Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join their Structured Finance group in New York or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school, demonstrate high academic achievement, and have experience with CLOs and consumer assets such as unsecured consumer loans, auto loans, solar loans, student loans, and credit cards. A strong interest in the subject area, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Candidates should be admitted to, or able to waive into, the New York or DC Bar and have prior experience in a peer law firm, preferably from the class years 2019-2021.
