Our client is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Labor & Employment Practice Group in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a background in employment or complex litigation defense, including class and representative actions, single-plaintiff actions, traditional labor law, and/or employment counseling. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across offices in a dynamic practice. Additional qualifications such as Order of the Coif, law review, or clerkship experience are advantageous. Applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and law school transcript.
